Great to meet you!

Your mind may never seem to slow down, leaving you overthinking conversations, forgetting things you meant to do, or feeling overwhelmed by tasks that seem easy for everyone else. At home, you may be dealing with constant family tension, feeling emotionally drained from taking care of everyone else, or noticing that anxiety, depression, or past experiences are affecting the way you show up in your relationships. I provide a space where you can be honest about what’s happening without feeling judged or like you have to hold everything together. Together, we’ll help you feel more in control of your emotions, your relationships, and your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

We’ll focus on the problems affecting your life right now while also understanding the thoughts and patterns that may be keeping them going. That might mean creating realistic systems for ADHD, learning how to interrupt anxious overthinking, finding healthier ways to respond when stress becomes overwhelming, or changing the communication patterns that keep creating conflict at home. Rather than telling you what you should do, we’ll identify what you want to change and break it into practical steps that feel achievable in your actual life. When family is part of the struggle, we’ll also look at how everyone communicates and responds to one another so healthier patterns can develop at home.

What you can expect from me

You don’t need to come in knowing exactly what to say or how to explain what’s wrong. We’ll start with what life has looked like lately, whether you’re struggling to keep up with responsibilities, constantly worrying, feeling depressed or disconnected, dealing with family conflict, or noticing that something from your past is still affecting you today. I’ll take time to understand what’s been hardest for you and what you would genuinely like to feel or handle differently. From there, we’ll identify a few clear goals and decide together where it makes the most sense to begin.
