Great to meet you!

I became a counselor because I believe people deserve a safe place where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and difficult life transitions, with particular experience supporting first responders and those affected by critical incidents. My approach is warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed, and I work alongside each client to help them find healing, build on their strengths, and begin moving forward with greater hope and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can be honest about what you are experiencing and feel genuinely heard. Using a trauma-informed approach, I will meet you where you are, help you better understand your thoughts and responses, and provide practical tools for managing difficult emotions. Together, we will build on your strengths and work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, judgment-free space. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, and what you hope will change- without pressure to share more than you are ready for. I will answer any questions you have, explain how we can work together, and begin creating a plan that feels supportive, practical, and tailored to your needs.
