I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, I’ve dedicated my career to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and build the lives they want.
My approach is rooted in Person-Centered and Solution-Focused therapy. That means therapy with me is a collaborative space, where we work together to identify what’s getting in the way, and build practical tools to move forward. I prioritize helping clients build insight, exploring how relationships, environments, and systems shape their lives and how to advocate for themselves. It is equally important to take actionable steps toward change. I don’t believe healing only happens through processing emotions, I believe it also happens through accountability, boundaries, behavioral shifts, and learning how to function differently in real life. My approach is relational, culturally aware, and direct, while still creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen and safe enough to be honest.
During our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where you don’t have to have it all together. I take time to get to know you, understand what’s bringing you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain from it. We’ll talk about your goals, what’s been challenging, and what “feeling better” might look like for you.
My approach is conversational and collaborative. I meet you where you are and move at your pace. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to feel seen, understood, and more hopeful about your next steps.
