Great to meet you!

I work with clients struggling with mental health or trauma related to life experiences. With over 20 years in mental health and a master’s in Social Work, I have supported adults and teens from diverse backgrounds. In our first sessions, we’ll explore your concerns in depth and collaborate on a personalized plan. Using CBT and other evidence-based therapies, we’ll move forward together so you can reclaim your life.

My approach to therapy

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive space where we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. My goal is to get to know you, understand any barriers you’re facing, and start developing a personalized plan together. As we move forward, we’ll build coping skills and work toward resolving life’s stressors, all while guiding you to become your best self.
