Our first session is all about getting to know you, your story, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. I’ll create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace.
We’ll start by discussing what’s been happening in your life recently, what challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll also share more about my approach, answer any questions you have, and explain how we can work together moving forward.
This session is less about finding immediate solutions and more about building understanding and trust. Together, we’ll outline a plan that fits your needs — whether that’s coping with stress or anxiety, improving relationships, healing from past experiences, or developing tools for personal growth.
By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a clearer sense of what therapy with me looks like and the next steps on your path toward healing and balance.
