Great to meet you!

After receiving a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco, I have practiced all across the U.S. From the West Coast to the South and all the way up to New England, I have integrated several research based and successful therapeutic techniques to help people find joy and achieve they're life goals.

My approach to therapy

Hey, I'm Carlos! I am a therapist dedicated to helping you reclaim your personal power. By integrating highly successful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Mindfulness techniques, I help you slow down and recognize the significance of every moment. Together, we will work to ensure you feel empowered to make positive choices rather than feeling like a victim of your own thoughts or current life situations.

I'm best positioned to serve individuals who are ready to step out on a limb and learn to trust the limitless possibilities. Allow yourself to be someone willing to engage deeply with the therapeutic process and do the internal work necessary for change. Whether you are struggling with anxiety or feeling stuck, I am here for you if you're ready to heal and unlock your own inner wisdom.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on building a safe, trusting foundation. You can expect an easy-going and welcoming environment where we discuss your goals and how mindfulness can fit into your daily life. My goal is for you to leave our first meeting feeling heard and with a clear understanding of how we will navigate your journey together.
