Great to meet you!

I’m a Nationally Certified, Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting at-risk youth, families, and adults in community and nonprofit settings. My background includes leading homeless youth shelter programs and working closely with individuals navigating mental health, substance use, learning disabilities, and major life transitions. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where adults feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change at their own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that this is not a cookie-cutter experience—your story and journey are uniquely yours, and our work will reflect that. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard. Through mutual respect and collaboration, we’ll work together to navigate challenges and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, relaxed space where we focus on getting to know you—not just the challenges that brought you in, but your strengths, experiences, and goals as well. We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, what you hope to gain from therapy, and any questions or concerns you may have about the process. By the end of our time together, we’ll begin identifying clear, meaningful goals and outline next steps so you leave feeling heard, supported, and confident about moving forward.
