Great to meet you!

With extensive education, specialized training, and years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges, I bring both knowledge and practical strategies to the therapeutic process. My approach is rooted in servant leadership, empathy, and the belief that therapy is about you—your story, your goals, and your unique path forward. I will meet you where you are, providing a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where we work together to build hope, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is individualized and flexible because I believe that people should not have to fit into a single treatment model. While I often begin with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based interventions, I continually assess each client's needs and integrate additional approaches that best support their growth and healing. Rather than focusing on one technique, I focus on the person, adapting the therapeutic process as new strengths, challenges, and goals emerge throughout our work together.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe, welcoming space where you are free to be yourself without fear of judgment or criticism. I allow my clients to be the clients, giving them the time and space to share at their own pace while using thoughtful questions to help when words are difficult to find. Together, we will build a trusting relationship where honesty, compassion, and open conversation create opportunities for healing and personal growth.
