Dr. Carol Chike

My name is Dr. Chike, C., and I am a Nurse Practitioner I hold a doctorate degree in nursing, a Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Advanced Practice and Psychiatric & Mental Health Advanced Practice. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of every client I serve.

My background includes caring for patients across the lifespan, managing chronic and acute medical conditions, and providing mental health evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, including psychotherapy and medication management.
