Great to meet you!

I am a fun-loving people's person, who is also a licensed mental/behavioral health therapist in North Carolina, with over 10 years of professional work experience.

I work with clients of all ages, who suffer with stress and anxiety, problems with low self esteem, and confidence, sorting out life, bipolar, and depression. I have also worked with children and teens, who have suffered trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I feel that my job is to come along side you and help guide you on the journey of healing.

CBT, Person Centered, and Solution Focused Therapies are therapies that often help my clients get to that next level.

What you can expect from our first session

Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and I am proud of you for getting started. We can set goals that you want to achieve, and with interventions and time, we can meet them.

I look forward to working with you.
