A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy facilitating client change by first identifying the fixed thoughts and assumptions that interfere with fulfillment. Life is challenging, and what we say to ourselves can make coping difficult. Childhood experiences powerfully impact our self-statements, so you won't leave our sessions without exploring your youth - - who loved you, who didn't, and how you now cope and react. Finding personal meaning is also so important!

I work with women and men who are experiencing struggles in marriage, divorce, parenting, stress-management, dating, grief and workplace conflict. And if you fear social judgement, I will help you!
