Great to meet you!

You’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and still not feeling like yourself, even though you’ve been trying. Maybe you’ve been misdiagnosed. Maybe your symptoms don’t fit neatly into one box. Or maybe you’ve felt unheard in a system that rushes you through the care process.

I help adults dealing with ADHD, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and trauma, especially those who feel stuck, dismissed, or unsure what’s actually going on. My approach integrates both mental and physical health, so we can identify what may have been missed and create a treatment plan that finally makes sense.

I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. I provide evidence-based medication management, brief psychotherapy, and clear, collaborative treatment planning focused on improving focus, stability, and day-to-day functioning.

I offer telehealth throughout Florida, with in-person appointments in Palm Beach County (Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Greenacres). I accept major insurance plans and often have same-week openings.

If you’re ready for a clearer understanding of what’s going on and a plan that feels right, I’m here to help you take the next step.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you feel better in your real, everyday life, not just on paper. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. I take the time to understand what’s actually happening, including your symptoms, stress, sleep, medical history, and overall health.

Because I’m dual-certified in psychiatry and primary care, I look at the full picture. Mental and physical health are deeply connected, and identifying the root causes, not just treating surface symptoms, helps you make real, lasting progress.

I use evidence-based treatment, supportive therapy, and medication management when appropriate. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, comfortable, and supported every step of the way. If you’ve been trying to manage things on your own and nothing has fully worked, we’ll work together to find an approach that finally does.

What you can expect from me

Warm, focused intake. We'll begin with a concise check-in about your main concerns, how symptoms show up day-to-day, what's most urgent, and what you've already tried, so we can prioritize what will help you the fastest.

As a dual‐certified Psychiatric and Primary Care NP, I review mental‐health history, current medications, sleep, medical conditions, substance use, and any recent labs or records to make sure nothing important is missed.

Collaborative assessment and immediate plan. Together we'll identify the top issues (for example, severe anxiety, panic, or concentration problems) and decide whether medication, brief therapy, or both are the best next steps. If medication is recommended, I'll explain options, expected benefits, and common side effects in plain language.

You'll leave with a concise treatment plan: what we'll do first, how soon you can expect symptom changes, and follow‐up timing (often within 1–2 weeks for medication checks). I'll coordinate with your other providers when needed.

Sessions are confidential, insurance‐friendly, and available via telehealth across Palm Beach County. First visits typically last 45–60 minutes; please have a list of current medications and any available recent records.

Ready to start. Appointments are available this week. Book now to get a clear plan and fast relief.
