Great to meet you!

Taking the first step to seek therapy is often the hardest, and I commend you for taking that courageous step. For more than 22 years, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and improve emotional well-being. I strive to create a compassionate, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood and empowered to grow. As a Christian counselor, I can thoughtfully integrate faith into the counseling process. Together we can work toward healing, hope and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative and practical. I use evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthy coping strategies and create lasting change. I believe each person has unique strengths and resilience that can be cultivated throughout the healing process.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin getting to know one another. This is an opportunity to share your story, ask questions and get an understanding of my style. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment that feels safe while it also gives you practical guidance to move forward and make changes.
