Great to meet you!

Talk with me – about feeling weighted down and “heavy” – about struggling with feeling out of sorts all the time, about difficulties in relationships, and becoming quick to anger. Inner conflict, confusion, and uncertainty are some of the hardest spaces to live in as they create fear. We all need support guidance, and encouragement to help navigate what feels hopeless. Let's work together toward establishing a sense of safety and security within yourself.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I draw on developmental psychology; how people grow and change over the course of time. This approach explores current situations and established coping mechanisms when considering therapeutic recommendations. Much of my work extends to anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, self-esteem, self-worth, and hoarding.

What you can expect from our first session

I bring empathy and compassion coupled with an unwavering professional commitment and willingness in a non-judgemental environment. This is a safe space.
