Great to meet you!

Hello dear one. Life can be so challenging when we try, as we have been taught, to go it alone. I have seen how support profoundly impacts a person’s path . I honor you. I see myself as a catalyst, a guide, and I work as a Somatic Therapist (trauma, body-based), Coach and Educator. My work is non-traditional, based in mindfulness, the loving space that unlocks our habitual patterning & allows for the awareness that creates change moving forward. My work is embodied, and holistic, honoring and championing the many parts within that need healing. I work with Individuals, couples, and Families. Online and Eco Therapy (Santa Fe)

My approach to therapy

I have worked in a multitude of settings from hospitals, recovery centers, to wellness retreats, and now in my private practice have a wide range of modalities and healing tools to draw upon. I meet each client where they are and listen deeply with where they want to go, what they want to create, and together we create a safe place to lay down the burdens

What you can expect from me

Whether you are in a major life transition, burnt out on the way you have been living, or struggling with embracing your shadow self that is hurting your relationship with yourself and others, I know the terrain of healing, and trauma work. I Look forward to talking with you more about how I may serve your path forward. Excited for what's to come for you.
