Great to meet you!

Welcome and thanks for visiting my profile!

As a therapist of over 10 years, I believe that prioritizing mental health and self-care is vital for achieving stability, balance and overall well-being in life. I provide support to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, chronic stress, life transitions and challenges related to difficulties related to self-esteem, personal boundaries and relationships with others. I provide a safe and nonjudgemental space allowing clients to explore their experience, develop new coping strategies, and build stronger, healthier connection with others.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending evidence based modalities with a warm and compassionate style. I draw from CBT, DBT and mindfulness, while also grounding my work in person‐centered principles to ensure clients feel heard, respected, and actively engaged in their healing process. I am trained in EMDR as well and incorporate EMDR therapy to help individuals who seek to work through and resolve trauma.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is typically focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will start with introductions and "orientation" and you will be provided an opportunity to tell your story about what has led you to therapy. We will complete an assessment and begin exploring and discussing your goals for treatment.
