Great to meet you!

I'm dedicated to helping people in Maryland navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, bipolar illness, and a range of other psychiatric conditions.

My approach to therapy

My work with clients is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I believe that meaningful change happens when we address both the mind and body, so my approach integrates holistic and targeted strategies—focusing not only on symptom relief but also on overall well-being. If medication is part of a client’s treatment plan, I encourage combining it with therapy. Research consistently shows that medication is most effective when used alongside psychotherapy, as this combination supports both biological and psychological healing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and for me to gain a full understanding of your concerns, background, and goals. This session typically lasts longer than a standard medication management appointment and involves a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation.
