Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and client-centered psychotherapist with over a decade of experience providing psychotherapy and psychoeducation to adults, adolescents, and children navigating a range of emotional and psychological challenges. My therapeutic space is collaborative, safe, and nonjudgmental—designed to foster personal growth, and resilience. Together, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns to foster growth, healing, and lasting change.

I aim to increase your understanding of the various factors contributing to or compromising your well-being. Together, we’ll explore how thoughts, emotions, and patterns shape overall mental and emotional health. In gaining insight into these areas, you can make informed choices, develop healthier patterns, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment.

My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma, and life transitions. I utilize integrative, evidence-based approaches that I tailor to the unique needs of each client. I am proficient in diagnostic evaluation and comprehensive treatment planning, with a strong emphasis on individualized care.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My treatment approach is based on each client's needs. However, I often turn to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because it is practical, collaborative, and focused on real life change. It helps us identify, unhealthy thought patterns that lead to unwanted behaviors, then build tools to respond differently.

What you can expect from our first session

I see psychotherapy as a collaborative process by which we explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Psychoeducation is a key part; it helps you understand what you're experiencing and why. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand. As we gain insight, we will develop healthier ways of coping. I find a direct approach to treatment yields positive results.
