Great to meet you!

My style as a therapist is warm and accepting and my virtual office is a safe & confidential place. I will help you find the answers you seek for life's hurts. I can help you individually find hope and gain understanding as we work together!

As a graduate of Azusa Pacific/Phillips Institute with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and an emphasis in Marriage & Family, I am passionate about the work I do to help you heal your brokenness & get "unstuck."

My approach to therapy

I believe that most clients can be helped through our therapeutic relationship. When we begin, the client may have symptoms of the real problem or diagnosis. As we work together, we can begin to peel back the layers to safely discover the problem.

What you can expect from me

When a client decides to begin therapy, they are often ready to do "the work" with guidance & support in their therapy sessions. Frequently, clients might also work between sessions & practice using the tools that we discussed in session. Sometimes I may suggest a book or find an article that supports our work when in session.
