I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience in community mental health and private practice settings. My approach is integrative and holistic with a focus on supporting adults in making lasting change, deconstructing shame, and promoting self-empowerment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is collaborative and dynamic. I see the therapy process as highly individualized and so I strive to meet the unique needs and preferences for all clients. My approach is geared towards building understanding of internal responses to life experiences and building self-empowerment and lasting change.

What you can expect from our first session

During the beginning of the therapy process I collaborate with clients to develop goals or priorities for our work together. I also utilize assessments to help monitor symptoms over the course of treatment.
