My approach integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Humanistic therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, and other methods to provide the most effective care for you as an individual.
My approach is collaborative, meaning we will work together to create a plan that fits your needs and preferences.
My goal is for my clients to feel better, even if just slightly, after each session. Ideally, by incorporating sessions regularly into their routines, they will gain a sense of hope and confidence that meaningful, attainable change is possible in their lives.
