Great to meet you!

Handling emotions is hard. You don't get a rule book on how to handle everything life throws at you. I work with adolescents (age 8+), teens, and adults who are wanting to build coping skills or manage stress and life changes. For adolescents and teens, this often means managing the pressures of school, friendships, and identity, while learning how to express emotions in healthy ways. Adults I work with may be navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or past trauma that still impacts their daily lives. I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals and love helping my clients grow.

My approach to therapy

Sessions are tailored to your unique story and goals. Whether through structured tools, creative techniques, or deep conversations, I guide you in reconnecting with your inner strengths, growing your coping tool box, and feeling better about yourself. Imagine a balanced life with strengthened relationships and goal achievement.

What you can expect from me

My work is grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and resilience. At Blooming Bright, my role is to walk beside you—not to “fix” you but to help you discover the clarity, confidence, and calm that already exist within you. If you are ready to grow your light within, I encourage you to reach out.
