Great to meet you!

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Clinically Certified Trauma Professional Level II. I have extensive experience working in non-profit settings from refugee resettlement work to youth and missions-based ministries. Those experiences have allowed me to work with couples, families, & individuals from diverse backgrounds on issues related to trauma, relational conflict, spirituality/religion, self-worth, career development, secondary trauma, burnout, compassion fatigue, etc.

My approach to therapy

External/Internal systems positively or negatively influence self-narratives (i.e. family & interpersonal systems, politics, global events, culture) It's easy to feel pulled in many directions expected to live an "either/or" vs. "both/and" perspective leading to difficulty finding balance, acceptance, and worth. Integrated approach includes interventions such as narrative, trauma, EFT tapping, CBT, attachment based as client's reclaim, create, or preserve their sense of self-worth and balance.

What you can expect from me

I aim to help client's reclaim, create, or preserve their sense of self-worth as they work toward finding that balance, the "middle ground" in their life.
