Great to meet you!

We all need a champion! My name is Carol and I'm a licensed clinical social worker, lifelong athlete and former school principal with over 25 years of experience helping children and adults. Life has a way of twisting and turning and bringing us challenges that can feel overwhelming or just stop us in our tracks. I am here to help.

My approach to therapy

Whether you are experiencing a life transition, new medical diagnosis or chronic medical condition, anxiety, perfectionism, LGBT specific concerns, burnout or overwhelming career stress—I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to heal and work towards the life that you want. I, uniquely, understand school-related challenges for both teenagers and elementary aged children.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time talking about what brought you to seek help. I bring a holistic, strength-based approach that is solution oriented and focuses on your overall well-being.
