Hello, it is so nice to meet you! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I believe that prioritizing your mental health and seeking help takes courage and being vulnerable. I’ve been practicing as a Forensic Social Worker for the past 30 years and I look forward to getting to know you and helping you achieve your goals.
Everyone has a story that is uniquely theirs. My approach to therapy is to begin where you are comfortable and to work from there. Therapy is a collaborative effort that takes trust, open communication and mutual respect. I will listen, support and challenge you along the way.
Our first session will be introductory, where you can share your story with me and we can discuss what you hope to achieve in therapy. My goal is to provide you with a safe space where you feel comfortable being vulnerable while sharing. Just remember, we will work together in the sessions to follow to help you achieve your goals.
