My approach to therapy

It is my goal to work with clients collaboratively in a safe and non-judgmental space to assist them in facilitating positive changes to reach their therapeutic goals. When working with clients, I hope to establish an effective therapeutic relationship and provide support and understanding to my clients through the entire therapeutic process.
