Great to meet you!
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Art Therapist, I bring more than 11 years of experience as a therapist and 28 years as an educator. I believe each person has unique strengths, experiences, and ways of seeing the world.
I work with children, adolescents, young adults, women, single parents, and families, providing support through challenges such as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence. I also provide academic coaching for neurodivergent and neurotypical students in Kindergarten through Grade 12, helping them navigate performance anxiety, organization, time management, study skills, and executive functioning. I strive to help each student better understand their unique learning profile, recognize their strengths, and build the confidence, coping skills, and resilience they need to thrive both academically and personally.
