Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Art Therapist, I bring more than 11 years of experience as a therapist and 28 years as an educator. I believe each person has unique strengths, experiences, and ways of seeing the world.

I work with children, adolescents, young adults, women, single parents, and families, providing support through challenges such as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence. I also provide academic coaching for neurodivergent and neurotypical students in Kindergarten through Grade 12, helping them navigate performance anxiety, organization, time management, study skills, and executive functioning. I strive to help each student better understand their unique learning profile, recognize their strengths, and build the confidence, coping skills, and resilience they need to thrive both academically and personally.

My approach to therapy

My humanistic, holistic, and person-centered approach creates a warm, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted. I tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs, integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and art therapy to support healing, growth, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

believe therapy is a collaborative journey that begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to help each client recognize their strengths, navigate challenges, and develop practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change. It is a privilege to support clients in building resilience, embracing their authentic selves, and thriving in all areas of life.
