Great to meet you!

I bring both lived experience and professional training to my work. My unique path has shaped the way I support others: with empathy, authenticity, and a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming approach.

I have been focused on working with autistic individuals and those healing from narcissistic abuse. Whether you're processing emotional neglect, struggling to set boundaries, or seeking to better understand your neurodivergence, I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space where your truth is valid and your voice matters.

My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded. I believe that healing is not about "fixing" yourself — it’s about reclaiming. loving, and understanding who you are.

I have a certifications for:

Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS)

Complex Trauma Certification Training Level 1 (CCTC)

Narcissistic Abuse Survivor Training

My approach to therapy

I have a holistic approach to therapy and I use mainly Person Centered modality sprinkled with some CBT and Jungian. I understand that it's your session, and you are unique; I try to meet you where you're at with your needs.

What you can expect from me

I try to help my Neurodivergent clients really understand how their brains work so that they can better handle life on their own in real time. For my Narcissistic Abuse Survivor clients, I try to educate them on the "game" so that they understand what is going on and how to handle things on their own in real life.

My goal for my clients is to empower them and provide a nonjudgmental safe space for their healing journey. I really try to educate my clients so that they can learn to use this knowledge when they're on their own, because knowledge is power.
