Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. No one chooses to feel hopeless or disconnected from the people they love, yet that stigma often prevents people from seeking the help they deserve. My goal is to normalize these feelings and provide a clear path forward. When I’m not working with clients via telehealth across Maryland, I’m usually recharging by spending time with my family on our boat, hanging out with friends, or playing with my two dogs, Maggie and Huk. I bring that same grounded, "real-world" energy into my practice.

My approach to therapy

I treat my patients exactly how I would want my own family members to be treated: with genuine respect, zero judgment, and a collaborative spirit. I specialize in treating Depression, Substance Abuse, and Anxiety, and I believe that treatment is a partnership. My biggest strength is education - I make sure you understand exactly how your medications work in your body and what realistic expectations look like. You will always be an active participant in your care, and I am here to answer every question you have along the way.
