I have always had a creative side that has been expressed through my counseling work. I believe that therapists need to have a large toolbox of therapeutic interventions and skills since each individual has a unique learning style. I have years of experience treating issues of Addiction, Depression, Eating Disorders and Trauma.

I earned a M.A. in Counseling from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM and a Ph.D. from Union Institute and University in Cincinnati, OH.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Processes, Psychodrama, DBT, EMDR, Alcohol-Drug Recovery, Trauma Informed Therapy and Post-Induction Therapy developed by Pia Mellody.
