Great to meet you!

Nice to virtually meet you! I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health, practicing from an intersectional, social justice, & inclusive lens, and creating affirming, authentic therapy spaces. My clients would describe me as compassionate, collaborative, and creative. In our work together, you'll be challenged to let yourself get expansive.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is eclectic like me. I practice deeply person-centered therapy with aspects of somatic, relational, attachment, cognitive, mindfulness-based, and expressive art therapy as well as other evidenced based approaches depending on your needs and goals. I am trained in several trauma processing modalities, including parts work and EMDR. I have experience working with folks who've experienced trauma & complex trauma, mood challenges, neurodiversity, grief & complicated grief, and life adjustments. I work with youth and adults. I'm especially interested in working with LGBTQIA2S+ individuals as well as folks exploring their gender and sexuality.

What you can expect from me

In all of our sessions, I'll honor your pace for sharing your story and meet you with curiosity and empathy.
