Great to meet you!

You've been getting through it. Functioning, managing, keeping things moving. But something underneath hasn't resolved, and you can feel it. I work with adults and seniors navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and sleep struggles. Over the past decade I have focused much of my work on trauma and posttraumatic stress, and I also bring deep experience with depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and relationships. Clients often describe me as warm but direct: someone who will genuinely support you and challenge you in equal measure.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is collaborative from the start. We identify what matters most to you and build toward it together. Whether you are processing something from the past or trying to find relief from anxiety or nights that no longer feel restful, we focus on what creates lasting change rather than just temporary relief. I tailor our approach to your specific needs and goals rather than applying a formula that fits everyone the same way.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we spend time getting to know each other. You will have space to share your story at your own pace, and together we will shape goals that feel meaningful and achievable. I aim for our sessions to feel open, honest, and genuinely collaborative. When you are ready to take that first step, I would love to connect.
