Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Idaho, I provide virtual therapy for individuals who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain in their decisions, or simply ready for change. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward a version of yourself that feels more confident and grounded.

My approach to therapy

Much of my work focuses on helping clients strengthen self-esteem, trust themselves more fully, and navigate difficult life decisions with greater clarity. I’m especially passionate about supporting people in rural communities and understand some of the unique challenges that can come with feeling isolated, stretched thin, or limited in access to support.

My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe growth happens through honest conversations, practical tools, and feeling genuinely understood — not judged. Whether you're working through anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Outside of therapy, you can usually find me enjoying Idaho’s outdoors and spending time bass fishing whenever I can.
