Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with are intelligent, capable, and doing their best to keep up with the demands of daily life, yet internally they feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck. You may find yourself constantly overthinking, struggling to stay organized, starting tasks but having difficulty finishing them, or feeling frustrated that things seem harder for you than they do for others. Perhaps your mind rarely slows down, your to-do list feels impossible to tackle, or you're carrying anxiety, stress, or depression that leaves you feeling drained and disconnected from the life you want to be living. Therapy can be a place to better understand what's getting in the way and develop strategies that actually work for you.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and stress management. Many of my clients struggle with procrastination, executive functioning challenges, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, self-criticism, or the feeling that they are constantly falling behind despite working incredibly hard. Together, we'll explore the patterns contributing to these challenges while building practical tools to improve focus, emotional regulation, confidence, and overall well-being. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique strengths, needs, and goals.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel understood rather than judged. In our first sessions, we'll talk about what's been weighing on you, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope will be different moving forward. My goal is to help you gain greater clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and create systems that support your success so that life feels more manageable, balanced, and fulfilling.
