Great to meet you!

Life is full of transitions, and with change often comes uncertainty. Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, navigating divorce, entering parenthood, caring for aging parents, changing careers, healing from trauma, or facing another unexpected life shift, you don’t have to go through it alone. I provide telehealth therapy for teens and adults with a compassionate, individualized approach. After more than 10 years as a hospice social worker, I’ve learned that healing isn’t about “getting over” what you’ve experienced. It’s about finding a way to carry it while continuing to move forward with hope and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and person centered. I believe healing looks different for everyone, and there is no one right path forward. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating grief, a major life transition, trauma, or another unexpected challenge, I’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect, creating a space where you can feel understood and move toward the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, supportive, and judgment free space. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your personal history, your strengths, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you and create a plan that fits your unique needs. My hope is that you’ll leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and confident that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
