Great to meet you!

I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment.

I work with adults, young adults and children experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic interventions, and mindfulness to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping skills, and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. Rather than simply treating symptoms, I work with clients to understand the underlying patterns, experiences, and beliefs that contribute to emotional distress. Together, we'll identify practical tools to manage difficult emotions while building insight, resilience, and confidence. My approach blends CBT, DBT, somatic techniques, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients regulate emotions, improve relationships, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and reconnect with their values.

What you can expect from me

Your first session we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. My priority is creating a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and develop a treatment plan that reflects your unique needs and strengths.
