Great to meet you!

I help people who understand their struggles intellectually but still cannot seem to change how they feel, react, or relate to others. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Hypnotherapist with more than 10 years of experience, I specialize in trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, grief, and painful relationship patterns. My advanced training includes EMDR, clinical hypnotherapy, somatic approaches, EFT tapping, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. I offer more than traditional talk therapy for clients who are ready to move beyond coping and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is compassionate and supportive, but it is also active, honest, and focused on helping you move forward. We look beneath the immediate symptoms to understand the experiences, beliefs, nervous-system responses, and survival patterns that continue to affect your life. Depending on your needs, I may integrate EMDR, hypnotherapy, somatic work, EFT tapping, and parts or inner-child exploration. You will not receive a one-size-fits-all treatment plan—or spend every session merely talking about the same problem.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a genuine conversation—not an interrogation or a rush through a checklist. We will explore what is happening now, what you have already tried, and what you most want to change, without expecting you to disclose every painful detail. I will help you begin connecting the patterns between your experiences, emotions, relationships, and physical responses. You can expect warmth, honesty, and an initial direction for treatment that is designed around you.
