Great to meet you!

I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Rosalind Franklin University, with dual emphasis in health psychology and neuropsychology. Following my doctoral studies, I completed a postdoctoral fellowship in behavioral medicine at Loyola University Medical Center. As a licensed clinical psychologist, my specialization is in health psychology.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I am dedicated to assisting clients in effectively managing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma while striving to promote and support healthy lifestyle changes. Much of my experience has also been in helping people navigate the stressors associated with having a medical condition.

My approach merges evidence-based psychological techniques with an empathetic understanding of the unique challenges that my clients face, aiming to foster overall well-being and resilience.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where your goals are the priority. My approach is kind yet straightforward, helping you navigate complex emotions while also acknowledging and respecting the influence of your cultural background. I firmly believe that therapy is a space for making meaningful changes, and want to provide that for all my clients.
