Great to meet you!

I’m Cassandra Luna, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience. I believe mental health is deeply connected to our physical health, relationships, and life experiences, so I take a holistic, whole-person approach to treatment. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work collaboratively with each client to understand the underlying factors affecting their well-being and develop a personalized treatment plan. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I’ve had the privilege of working with adolescents, adults, individuals facing end-of-life illnesses, and those living with a wide range of mental health conditions across diverse healthcare settings. As both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I understand that physical and mental health are closely connected. This unique perspective allows me to provide comprehensive, whole-person care that addresses both the emotional and medical factors influencing your overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on understanding you—not just your symptoms. We’ll discuss your concerns, personal history, and goals while identifying what’s contributing to how you’re feeling. Using a collaborative, motivational approach, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan designed to provide relief, build on your strengths, and support meaningful, long-term progress. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, hopeful, and confident about the path forward.
