Cassandra Stell has spent over two decades on the front lines treating primary care and mental health needs. Cassandra believes an initial collaborative and diagnostic psychiatric review is important to identify your mental health needs. From there, Cassandra applies medication management and mental health education to help you achieve your best unique self.

My approach to therapy

No matter where you are on your mental health or wellness journey, my goal is provide a therapeutic environment to help you achieve your best unique outcome. One of many benefits of becoming mentally strong is that it is one of the best ways to improve how you feel emotionally and physically.

My mission to you is to provide psychiatric diagnosis and medical management in a comprehensive manner, paying careful attention to your psychological and cultural make-up.
