I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW-CP) in Columbia, SC. I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2015. I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults and find passion in helping clients cope with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, mental illness, family issues, relationships, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a partnership. I treat all clients with empathy and respect. I encourage open communication between me and my clients and strive to create an environment where my clients feel safe, understood, and valued.

What you can expect from me

Through the development and implementation of age-appropriate coping skills, clients should expect to see improvements in their self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-confidence. My clients should also expect to see a decrease in stress related symptoms which cause negative impacts on their quality of life.
