Great to meet you!

I am a clinician who has worked extensively with both adult and pediatric populations. I earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University.

My approach to therapy

I take a humanistic approach to mental health therapy, grounded in the belief that individuals possess an inherent capacity for growth, self-awareness, and change. I view psychological distress as part of a broader life experience and an ongoing search for meaning, rather than solely as pathology. As a clinician, I cultivate a therapeutic environment characterized by empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, supporting clients in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

While my orientation is rooted in Humanistic Psychology, I integrate evidence-based practices as appropriate and adapt my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

What you can expect from me

From the first session, I work collaboratively with individuals to establish shared therapeutic goals and build a strong therapeutic relationship. During this process, I also gather relevant background information to develop a comprehensive psychosocial assessment.
