Great to meet you!

Over the last 7 years of working as a therapist, I've seen and experiencing everything. From children struggling in the schools, to woman struggling with everyday life problems, I've realized one thing that they have in common-hope. Hope is important when coming to therapy. You are hoping to feel better; you are hoping to come to become a new person. I want us to work on how we treat ourselves allows others to treat us in the same way. My goal as a therapist is to help you help yourself and to be fresh eyes for your healing journey through multiple interventions including The Word of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit! sometimes I'm led to pray for clients in session and visits church with them to help them establish community. Content creation is also an essential part of my work. This is a service that is separate from therapy but can be included in many facets.

My approach to therapy

As a Woman of God, the Bible is a foundational text for my counseling sessions. I pride myself on making content for clients, sending voice notes of encouraging words, and listening and responding with wisdom from not only me, but from what the Lord has done! I use certain interventions including CBT. However, majority of my worksheets/workbooks are hand made by myself and the Holy Spirit.

What you can expect from me

Expect an active listener, a person who will help with realistic solutions, and who will also be held accountable for their actions. I pray for all of my clients for their love, joy, peace, be restored during this process of healing themselves. I am a Christ centered therapist who believes GOD and therapy is important and using verses and stories from the Bible provide symbolism and revelation in the areas of anger, anxiety, depression, fear, rejection, and ancestral deitys. I also specialize in family structures that may include mapping out a family tree with clients to explore root issues including addiction.
