Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and South Carolina. I have largely worked with adults, providing support services during times of transition or loss, processing past trauma, anger management, among others. I also have a passion in working with veterans and their families.

I completed undergrad at Salem State University in Massachusetts, then moved to South Carolina where I obtained my Master of Social Work degree from UofSC.

My approach to therapy

I see the therapeutic process as a collaborative experience. I utilize empathy and compassion to validate feelings, while we work to challenge the negative thoughts that prevent people from seeing their full potential.

What you can expect from me

I became a counselor because I have a passion to work with others. There have been times in my life where therapy was transformative, and times when it was really hard. I know firsthand that therapy can be difficult, and my goal is to walk through this with you.
