Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW-C) based in Maryland and also practicing in Pennsylvania. I received my Master's from Salisbury University and have been practicing for over 10 years. I help struggling adults become the best versions of themselves. I enjoy watching others grow and helping them in the process, while meeting the client where they need to be met. These sessions are for you and will be tailored to what you need.

My approach to therapy

We’ll start with introductions and I would like to get to know the basics about why you are seeking therapy. I also like to talk about previous therapy history (if any) and what qualities you prefer in a new therapist.

What you can expect from me

I’m empathetic and a heck of a good listener! I love to provide feedback, provided that is what the client wants. I enjoy listening to others' stories and finding different ways to help people achieve their goals. I enjoy working with adults in all aspects of life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. That’s where I step in to help :)
