Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm Catherine, an experienced therapist who works with a variety of issues and people from different backgrounds. I have a Masters in Social Work and have been fully licensed since 2014. I do have some specialty areas including trauma, adoption, foster care, LGBTQIA, anxiety, relationships, parenting, and divorce. I've been trained through Training for Adoption Competency with the C.A.S.E., Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a variety of other trainings.

My approach to therapy

I am affirming, compassionate, and realistic. I will always affirm your feelings but will also ask you to see different viewpoints and to evaluate your own thoughts.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to leave a therapy session with me and to think about what we talked about and how to apply it. I also hope that by the end of our time together, you feel better about yourself and more prepared to address whatever it is that is challenging you.
