Great to meet you!

You have taken a courageous step to consider counseling! It is my privilege to create a safe, nurturing space for you to breathe and to focus on self-care. There is rest, here, and always hope! There is room for you to BE you. Room to step back, to consider, to contemplate. Room to grow in understanding, practical skills, and a fresh perspective. My practice focuses on offering you tools to help unpack the hard stuff, and strengthen your relationship with yourself and with others in your life. My approach is attachment based, client focused, interactive, and is grounded in Biblical principles of love, gratitude and grace.

My approach to therapy

Our relationships are meant to bring us joy, emotional safety, and a place to feel seen, heard and valued. They help us navigate life, find our strengths, value our differences and provide a sense of comfort and belonging. Sadly, the opposite is often true; we may find ourselves in the midst of pain and unresolved conflict with the ones we love the most.

What you can expect from me

As we explore WHY we interact with people as we do, we can grow in our understanding and compassion for ourselves and for others in our lives, becoming better equipped to create the change we desire. My goal is to help you reach YOUR therapy goals, and find meaningful communication, connection and purpose in your relationships. I look forward to meeting you!
