As a licensed counselor and certified coach with over two decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals from all walks of life as they navigate personal challenges, heal emotionally, and rediscover sense of self. My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting adults who feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, negative thought patterns, relationship challenges, confusion, or fear. My approach is eclectic and deeply personalized. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness & meditation, positive psychology, EMDR & EFT approaches, and inner-work therapy - blending these tools to meet you exactly where you are.
