Great to meet you!

’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adults who are navigating stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, and the emotional weight that comes with feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical — we’ll work together to understand what’s getting in your way and identify realistic steps toward change.

I believe therapy should feel like a supportive, judgment-free space where you can be honest at your own pace. I draw from evidence-based practices while also honoring your lived experience, values, and strengths. Whether you’re seeking clarity, stability, healthier coping skills, or simply a place to talk things through, I aim to meet you where you are and help you move forward with intention and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel understood, respected, and actively involved in their own growth. Therapy is not about being told what to do — it’s about gaining insight, building practical skills, and creating sustainable change that fits your real life.

I integrate approaches such as cognitive-behavioral strategies, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to help clients better understand patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and move toward their goals. I also take a whole-person perspective, recognizing how life experiences, relationships, stress, and environmental factors impact emotional well-being.

Above all, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be honest, reflect openly, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

he first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive working relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of it, and any concerns or questions you may have about the process.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current stressors, and strengths, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. This session also includes reviewing confidentiality, therapy logistics, and how we’ll work together moving forward.

By the end of the first session, my goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and clearer about next steps — whether that’s continuing therapy, identifying immediate coping strategies, or simply feeling less alone in what you’re going through.
