Great to meet you!

If it feels like the world demands too much of you, you aren't imagining it. When constant change and uncertainty leave you anxious, on edge, or completely burnt out, I’m here to help you catch your breath. You may notice yourself staying alert, overthinking, or feeling detached - even when things may seem “okay.” My goal is to provide a space where you can pause and untangle what’s beneath the surface - without pressure, fixing, or doing it the “right” way. Together, we can create more space for steadiness, self-trust, and a sense of ease in your day-to-day life.

I work with clients who are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck - often around anxiety, self-worth, grief, relationships, identity, or life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed with an emphasis on creating a space that feels safe, grounded, and human. I draw from evidence-based practices while moving at a pace that feels right for you, without pressure to perform or have things figured out.

Above all, I value building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, curiosity, and care

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and grounded. We’ll spend time getting to know what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for, without pressure to share more than feels right.

I’ll ask some gentle questions, explain how I work, and make sure this feels like a good fit for you. We’ll begin to identify what support might be most helpful moving forward, at a pace that feels steady and manageable.

We'll start by settling in and taking things one step at a time.
