You may notice yourself staying alert, overthinking, or feeling detached - even when things may seem “okay.” My goal is to provide a space where you can pause and untangle what’s beneath the surface - without pressure, fixing, or doing it the “right” way. Together, we can create more space for steadiness, self-trust, and a sense of ease in your day-to-day life.
